Respond Animal Therapeutics repairs the 2400XL, the 2400VS the Luminex Vet and the Aurora laser systems. We also make repairs to the Bio-Pulse and SENTRY PEMF blanket systems, the IRON FOOT and Maxi Pulse PEMF Systems, including blanket systems, leg boots, hock boots, neck wraps and dog beds.

If you need to send your system to us for service, download our Repair Form and ship the complete system, including the charger to us along with the form. Ship via UPS, FED EX. It is a good idea to get a tracking number in case the unit gets misplaced by the shipping company; rare, but it does happen.

We strive to analyze all service requests within 10 days of receipt at our factory. We will call you with an estimate of work and charges in order to get your approval prior to completing the work. It will then take approximately one week to complete the approved repair. You will be asked to pay for the service prior to the work being completed. You will also be asked about your preferred method of shipment, ground or express.

We are unable to service other company’s laser or PEMF systems, since we do not have engineering drawings and replacement parts for those systems.

Please also ensure the equipment arrives to us in an acceptable state. We have the right to refuse equipment covered in urine, manure, feces, mouse nests or droppings. We will send this equipment back to you for cleaning prior to evaluating it for repair. Thank you for your consideration in advance.

We offer low-rate rentals on systems should you need a backup unit while yours is in for repair. Please inquire at info@respondsystems.com on this option.
