OUR STORY
Donald's innovative spirit and engineering prowess led them to develop laser and PEMF devices, filling a significant gap in the veterinary market. Doreen's business acumen complemented this vision, resulting in the founding of Respond Systems, a company committed to creating the most effective and reliable technologies for animal health. Their mission emphasized simplicity, sustainable manufacturing, and local production in the USA.
Over four decades, Respond Systems established itself as a leader in equine and small animal rehabilitation, renowned for its quality and results. In 2022, the company joined the Paw Prosper family, facilitating international expansion with new distribution hubs in Europe and Australia and bolstering its capacity to innovate.
In 2024, the company rebranded as Respond Animal Therapeutics, reflecting its unwavering commitment to pioneering therapeutic solutions for animal wellness. This new identity highlights their dedication to advancing animal health through innovation.
The founding vision of Don and Doreen Hudson remains strong today, with all manufacturing still based in Connecticut and a continuous focus on developing innovative products marked by quality, durability, and efficacy.
